Description: Open to boys in grades 9 -12. This program is an MSHSL activity and requires a current physical on file with the school. Physicals are good for 3 years from the date of exam, need to be signed by a physician and include a clearance to participate in sports. Practices will be held at Nova and another location still to be determined. Practice times and locations will vary based on facility availability. Head Coach: Kim Strand.

Description: Middle School Track and Field is open to students in grades 6-8. Students practice 2-3 times per week and average 4-5 meets per year season. All middle school students should register for this level. Some middle school students may be asked to compete with the high school team. This is by coach invitation only.
