Description: Come learn the basics of Ultimate Frisbee, including how to throw and catch a Frisbee, as well as the rules of Ultimate Frisbee. Each session will include a time to learn and practice skills.

Description: All levels of experience are invited! We will work on a wide range of ultimate skills, including passing, catching, cutting, marking, teamwork, spirit of the game, and more! The commitment for this club team is two days a week: practices on Thursdays from 4-5pm at Nova and double-header games on Saturdays from 3-5:30pm at Lake Nokomis Park.
