Newsletter Submissions
To submit for inclusion in the Nova News, The Grammar Gazette (SoG), The Herald (SoL, SoR), and The Torch newsletters, please complete and submit this Google Form.
Newsletter Descriptions:
- Nova News (all District news): Submissions are due the last Thursday of the month and sent on 1st Thursday of each month.
- The Grammar Gazette (Lower School): Submissions are due the first Thursday of the month and sent on 2nd Thursday of each month.
- The Herald (Upper School): Submissions are due the second Thursday of the month and sent on 3rd Thursday of each month.
- The Torch: Submissions are due the third Thursday of the month and sent on 4th Thursday of each month.
Remember, if you’re submitting for all district news, please submit your form to Nova News! If you’re not sure what needs to be submitted or are new to Nova Classical, please check out past editions here.
Social Media Submissions
Help us celebrate our students and all of the wonderful daily learning, experiences, and interactions at our school!
Submit the following to socialmedia@novaclassical.org:
- One celebration/event per email
- At least one high-quality photo (e.g. clear, not blurry, great resolution, etc…)
- Two (2) to three (3) lines of text describing the context of the photo (e.g. what’s happening, what is being presented/learned, what grade(s) are present, etc…)
- Any applicable “post by” date (date and time) for time-sensitive celebrations (note: must be sent at least 48 hours in advance when “post by” date is requested)
