Why I Choose to Work at Nova
Although I didn't know about classical education before I came here, the more I learn about it, the more excited I am about how well it supports learning at all ages and with all students. I love seeing my students move through the stages as they become more knowledgeable and skilled, not to mention all the creative ways they take what they've learned and make it their own. I love the curriculum that we teach and how it inspires students. I love that I get to teach about the middle ages and read Shakespeare to second graders. On top of all of that, I enjoy working with colleagues who are also life-long learners and who challenge me to continue to be a better educator.

Hobbies/Interests
I love reading, writing, singing, going to the theater, and spending time with my 7 nieces and nephews. If there's any time to spare, I'm usually thinking up new stories about my dungeon. 🙂
