Applications for 2018–19 posted on Nova’s website and in Main Office. *Applications on or before Nov 1st, 2017 (8 am) will be applied to the 2017-2018 school year.

Tours for Grades 9–12 offered to parents of prospective students.

Shadow Days for Grades 9–12 are for students who currently have been offered placement. Please select link February thru May. Contact Melissa Guertin at mguertin@novaclassical.org November thru February. Space is very limited.

On-time application deadline for 2018–19 school year.*

Grade-level lotteries held for the 2018–19 school year in February.

Email notification sent with applicant waiting list positions or offer of enrollment.

Tours for K–12 for parents of applicants that receive offers of enrollment.

Intake meetings for students offered a place in Grades 6-12 will be conducted by our Upper School Principal, Mrs. Mari Bergerson, shortly after an offer of enrollment has been accepted.

May 1, 2018
Kindergarten Roundup held for new Kindergarten students and their parents from 5:00-6:00 pm on Tuesday, May 1, 2018.

Applications for 2019–20 posted on Nova’s website and in Main Office.

*Applications are considered on-time during the “Enrollment Season” (2018–19: November 1, 2017, at 8 am–January 31, 2018, at 4.00pm; ); it does not matter when in that time period the application was received. The lottery is conducted within two weeks following the on-time application deadline. Families are notified if they are offered a spot or placed on the lottery waiting list. Applications received after the on-time application deadline are placed at the end of the appropriate grade-level lottery list in the order in which they are received.
