Why I choose to work at Nova
As a Classicist, Nova’s model of education was a natural choice for me as an educator. I hold the teaching of grammar, logic, rhetoric, and values in high regard for learners of all ages. Nova’s community model is inspiring, and I hope to bring as much richness to it as it offers me in return
Family
My husband Bob and I live in St. Paul with our dog Ouzo. We have many friends and family in the great state of Minnesota, which was the impetus for bringing us home from Colorado.
Favorite author/thinker/historical figure (and why)
Chogyam Trungpa, the founder of Naropa University in Boulder, CO. He believed that in education, the change one makes in themselves can have enormous impact on the community and the world.
